Unfortunately in January we were unable to hold the annual meeting. A quorum was not reached so we rescheduled the meeting for February 24, 2024 at 9am. This is the year to vote on a new Board of Directors. With no quorum a new Board of Directors was voted in by the active Board Members, who then resigned. That Board unanimously made it clear to those present they no longer wished to be on the Board. Witnessed by those present the guidelines set in the By Laws were followed.
