Property Improvement or Modification Information: 

To avoid any confusion on what can be built and what is allowed on your property please contact the Brady Landing Airpark Board of Directors. ​Driving through the neighborhood and seeing what others have on their property can be misleading as some were built and approved by the developer prior to there being a Board.

The covenants should be reviewed as the first step. If there are any questions or areas that you would like further defined, please use the Contact Us tab and the Brady Landing Airpark Board of Directors will assist you.

​Property owners must receive approval for any improvement project prior to starting work.  Property owners are encouraged to get final approval from the BLA POA before placing down payments or incurring any other costs associated with an improvement project.  ​

Click on the links below for the Architectural Application and Worksheet.  Simply print the forms, fill in the information, sign, and submit using the Contact Us tab on this website.  Please remember to submit all documents that are pertinent to the improvement as well.
